Ms. Rolena Grandberry of Tampa, FL, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at St John Cathedral, 3401 Bishop Eddie Newkirk Way, Tampa, FL 33605, with Reverend James Richardson, Officiating.
Ms. Rolena was a native of Florida and a resident of Tampa for 62 years. She attended Plant High School and was a member of True Love Missionary Baptist Church. She was employed as an LPN at Elon Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Rolena's memories will be forever cherished by: her devoted friend, Sherita Bolden; children, Latoya Mathis, Clifford Gordon (Christina), L'Anthony Thomas, and Chantelle Thomas, grandchildren, Alijah Gordon, Arrow Gordon, DJ Nellon and Anaiyah Griffith; siblings, William Myrick Sr. (Gwendolyn), Lucius Myrick Sr., Leonard Myrick, Karen Smith (Chris), Larry Grandberry (Sandra), Sondra Miller, Chephus Grandberry, Quintin Grandberry (Wynema), and Rolan Grandberry III (Danielle); uncle, Aaron Grandberry (Elaine), as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at St. John Cathedral, 3401 Bishop Eddie Newkirk Way, Tampa, FL 33605.
