Rosetta Joseph, born in Brooklyn, New York, on November 10, 1947, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 5, 2026, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Pastor Rose Joseph, Officiating.
Rosetta was a devoted mother to her two sons, Jermaine Joseph and Winston Joseph, a loving Nana to six cherished grandchildren, and a beloved sister to Ruth P. Moore and Leroy H. Parker. She leaves behind a lasting legacy of love, kindness, faith, and treasured memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
For more than 30 years, Rosetta faithfully served the Lord as a Choir member and Usher at America Come Back to God Church in Brooklyn, New York. Her life was a testament to unwavering faith, love, and service as she shared God’s word and touched countless lives. Having completed her earthly journey, she is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved son and embraced by the presence of the Lord she served so faithfully.
Rosetta will be remembered for her warmth, humor, kindness, patience, and deep love for God. She found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren and serving her church community. Her gentle spirit, compassionate heart, and selfless nature left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of faith and love will continue to inspire family and friends for generations to come
She was preceded in death by her son, Jermaine Joseph.
Rosetta is survived by: Curtis Joseph, Kiara Bennett, Tione Joseph, Cadejah Joseph, Alexandria Joseph, Jermaine Joseph Jr., and Sariah Joseph.
As we say goodbye to Rosetta Joseph, let us honor her life and the love she shared with so many. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her cherished memories bring comfort and strength to all who mourn her loss.
