Ms. Sharon Barner Obituary

Ms. Sharon Denise Barner, 65, a resident of Wesley Chapel, FL, passed away on October 11, 2024.  A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, 11:00 a.m. in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.

Sharon Denise Barner was born in Bartow, Florida on March 11, 1959.  She died from complications of a medical illness at BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel.  She was a Certified Nursing Assistant for over 30 years before retiring in 2020.  Sharon was mostly known for her generosity, loyalty, wisdom, compassion, selflessness, feistiness, and devotion to her family.  She was an amazing woman who built a strong foundation within her family.  Sharon was the daughter of the late Gladys Woffard. 

She was also preceded in death by: her grandmother, Carrie Lou Adams; aunt, Vera Doe; uncle, Henry Drayton. 

Sharon will be survived by: her three children, Chandra Woffard, Ivana Waffard, and Miguel Robinson, Sr.; sisters, Deborah Woffard and Gwendolyn Crumedy; grandchildren, Miguel Robinson, Jr. and Jordan McDonald; great-granddaughter, Malaya Robinson; nieces and nephews, Raymond Williams Sr., James Bryant Sr., Ashley Jackson, Anthony Phillips Jr., Sederick Pringley, and Kevina Crumedy; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
