Ms. Sherria “Mook” Denson of Tampa, FL, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at Mt Moriah Primitive Baptist Church, 1225 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, FL 33602.
Sherria Denson was born on April 26, 1990, to the parents of Lachaun Denson and William Crawford in Tampa, FL. Sherria was a mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and great friend to many. She received her education from Blake High School.
Sherria cherished the opportunity to celebrate with her extended family and friends. Her affection was consistent, and she extended it to all who held a special place in her heart. As a devoted protector, she stood by those she loved, offering constant support and unwavering loyalty. Sherria possessed a contagious laugh that could light up any occasion. She loved to dance and wasn’t backing down from any dance battle. She was a formidable competitor, never backing down from a challenge. Sherria exuded confidence in all her endeavors, her strength, and determination. She possessed a relentless spirit, fearless of any obstacle or adversary. Her love for her children, family, and friends was profound and undeniable. Sherria was a delightful presence, and her absence will be deeply felt.
Sherria is preceded in death by: her grandfather, James Denson Sr.
