Ms. Vandolyn Germina Kenon aka “Von” was born on November 30, 1967, to the late Eva Peral Baxter and raised by stepfather Marshal Monroe Jr. as his own. She resided in Tampa, Florida for most of her life. She was the oldest of 5 siblings (Lakesha Baxter, La Shaun Tate Marshall, Damien Marshall, and deceased brother, Monroe Marshall III) whom she cared for deeply. She leaves behind daughters, Quinshetta Kenon, Keyetta Kenon, and Vonderricka Robinson, and will be remembered for the significant Motherly role she played for many others. Her passions in life involved cooking, caring for pets, spending time with her grandchildren, and being supportive of family and friends.
Ms. Vandolyn Germina Kenon fought her last battle of life surrounded by loved ones at the hospital. She peacefully entered rest with the Lord on October 3, 2024.
She was preceded in death by: her partner, Beryl Dwight Dennard; mother, Eva Peral Baxter; brother, Marshall Monroe III; and nephew Cedric “CJ” Mills.
