Tameka McNeal

Ms. Tameka L. McNeal, of Tampa, Florida passed away September 12, 2021.   Funeral services will be conducted, Saturday, September 25th at 4:30pm at Ray Williams Funeral Home Chapel, 301 N. Howard Ave., Tampa, Florida 33606. Rev. Jomo Cousins will officiate. 

Ms. McNeal was a life-long Tampa native, where she was raised in the Progress Village Community. She attended the public schools of Hillsborough County, graduating from Tampa Bay Vocational Technical High School, Class of 1996. Ms. McNeal was a member of Love First Christian Center, Balm River Road. She was employed as an intake specialist at Analgesic Health Care, for eight years, until her health began to fail.

Ms. McNeal was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Lydia H. McNeal; grandmothers: Ruth McNeal, Estella Henderson; grandfather, Frank T. Henderson, Jasper T. Finch; aunts: Frieda Washington, Nita, Diane, Bertha Henderson and Linda Laird; uncles: Frank Henderson, Johnny McNeal, Lonnie Powell, Sr., Gregory Harvey, Sr., Curley Lee, Jasper Finch, Freddie B. finch; cousins: Tracey Washington, Ivy Jean Duncan, Elisa Butler, Christopher Parker, Taneka Clark, Cassandra Tinsley and Derrick Henderson, Jr.

Leaving to cherish her memory, her loving father, Franklin C. McNeal, devoted sisters: Vandalyn Allcea, and Andera Henderson, a beloved brother, Michael Richardson, his wife, Vivian; loving nieces: Samara Henderson, Camille Richardson; loving nephew: Shemar Henderson; aunts: Wanda Henderson, Belinda Flucker (Dwight), Stacy Johnson (Stephen), Ann Powell, Carol Harvey-Hughes (David), Cathy White, Marcia Wiley (James), Amy Long (Billy), Doshie Walker (Karl), Sarah Finch; uncles: Meredith Henderson, Phillip Finch, Bobby White (Piqueta) and a host of sorrowing cousins, other relatives and friends.

The public visitation for Ms. McNeal will be held Thursday, September 23rd at Ray Williams Funeral Home, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. MASKS ARE REQUIRED.
