Ms. Tena Simms-Malone of Tampa, FL passed away on Friday, November 12, 2021. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021, 4:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606 with Pastor Donnell, officiating.
Ms. Tena Simms-Malone was a native of Washington, DC and a resident of Tampa for 50+ years. She attended Robinson High School and was a member of Lincoln Gardens Missionary Baptist Church. She was employed as a Government Administrator.
She leaves to cherish her memory: son, Larry Grant (Sharrisa); grandsons, DeAndre Williams and Quincy Masumbu; granddaughter, Daysha Tinius; great granddaughter, Annika Tinius; father, Starling E. Simms; sisters, Michelle Simms-Gainor, Renee Simms and Christina Simms-Furlow and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
