Toby Dow

Mr. Toby E. Dow aged 40, passed away July 21, 2020.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 8 at 2:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church of Tampa, 1109 E. Osborne Avenue, Tampa, FL 33603 with Pastor Joe Hufstetler, officiating.  Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.  Please follow the CDC guidelines. Masks are required.  

Mr. Toby E. Dow was a native of Miami, Florida and a resident of Tampa for 32 years. 

He leaves to cherish his memory: his maternal mother, Dorothy Dow; paternal mother, Rosalyn Brown; siblings, Reginald Mitchell, Tonette Mitchell, Terry Dow-Harris and husband Brian Harris, Joseph Mitchell, Guecoba Dow, Hattie Dow, Richard Dow Jr., Michael Dow, Eric Dow, Patricia Adams, Antwon Moore, Eric Vickers and Jamahl Nash; uncle, George Brown; nieces and nephews, Guecoba L. Dow, Sade Dow, Dorothy Dow, Dashawn Harvey, Ashley Dow, Michael Harvey, Tabitha Harris, Breanna Harris, Shawntana Sylvester, Varont’e Smith, Byron Harris, Tito Lyons Jr., Mario Sylvester, Takeara Lyons, Kindel Sylvester, Tylia Sylvester, and Ashanti Sylvester; and a large host of other relatives and friends.

The visitation will be held Friday, August 7, from 3 -7 p.m.  at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.   We are asking family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines.  Masks are required.
