Tyrone Grant

Deacon Tyrone Grant of Tampa, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, July 31, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Life in Christ Community Church, 9706 N. 26th Street, Tampa, with Pastor Arthur L. Randall, Presiding and Assistant Pastor Linda Randall, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Deacon Grant was born to Paul and Mildred Grant of Tampa, FL. He was a native of Tampa and a lifelong resident for 63 years. He attended Jefferson High School in Tampa and Apex Air Conditioning School in New York. He was a member of Life in Christ Community Church and served there as Deacon until his death. He was self-employed and owner of T-N-T Air Conditioning and Appliance Services for over 35 years.

Deacon Grant was preceded in death by his father, Paul Grant, brothers, Paul B. Grant, Carl Grant, and Larry Grant.

Deacon Grant is survived by his wife, Sharon Grant; mother, Mildred Grant; two sisters, Brenda Grant and Linda Grant (Arthur); children, Taron Grant, Tyrhonda Grant, Tasha Grant, Brandy Burrell (Eddie), Tyrone Grant, Jr., Latisha Grant and Laron Grant; thirteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, great grands, and great-great grand nephews and nieces; cousins; mother-in-law, Mary Sweet; and best friends, Willie Norman and Norman Wright.

The remains will repose from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021 at Life in Christ Community Church, 9706 N. 26th Street, Tampa.
