A Celebration of Life for Mr. Ve’Tallian Marcele Odom, “Tally”, of Tampa (Carver City), Florida, who passed away on September 1, 2020, will be held Saturday, September 12th, 2 p.m. at Allen Temple A.M.E. Church, 2101 Lowe St., with Reverend Dr. Glenn Dames, Pastor, Apostle Otis Cooper, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Please follow the CDC guidelines. Ve’Tallian Marcele Odom was a native of Tampa, Florida. Tally was a 2009 graduate of Jefferson High School. He was a longtime employee of McDonald’s Casper Company and currently employed at Jimbo’s BBQ. Tally was a genuinely loved gentle giant, who enjoyed hanging in his neighborhood with family and friends and spending time with his daughter.
He was preceded in death by: his Grandmother, Shelia King; Great-Great Grandmother, Mattie Bethune; Great-grandmother, Ada Jo Bethune; Uncle, Ronald Bethune; and Aunt, Deborah Murphy-Bethune.

The remains will repose from 3-7 p.m., Friday, September 11, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
