Wendi Lynn Smith

Wendi Lynn Smith of Brandon, FL, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020.  Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, February 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Ernest Boone, officiating.  Interment will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 5233 118th Avenue North, Clearwater, Florida 33760.

Wendi Lynn Smith entered this world alongside of her twin brother, Willie Lee Smith III on January 5. 1983 to the proud parentage of Beverley Campbell and Willie Lee Smith Jr.  She completed her high school education at Westbury High in New York 2002 and relocated to Tampa to be closer to her twin brother. Wendi worked at One Touch Direct as a Customer Service Representative for several years.  She was a daddy’s girl who bonded even closer due to their love for football. Wendi loved her family dearly especially her nieces and nephews. Her hobbies were listening to all type of music, watching movies and a host of other interest.

She was preceded in death by: her father, Willie; step-mother, Jackie; and her grandmother, Cynthia.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Beverley; sisters, Latoya, Kimberly, Jasmine, Michelle and Amber; brothers, Mario, Barry, Willie III and Terrance. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews a host of other relatives and friends.  Wendi had an impact on many family and friends, she will be greatly missed. 

The remains will repose after 5 p.m. Friday, February 21 at Ray Williams Funeral Home.
