Mr. Willie Frank Johnson, Jr. of Tampa, passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020. A Homegoing Celebration graveside service will be held Saturday, May 16, at 11:00 at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, with Elder J. Carter, Jr. of Apostle Church of Thonotosassa, FL officiating and Worship Master Ronald D. Killins, eulogist. Interment will follow.
Mr. Willie Frank Johnson, Jr. was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a former employee of the City of Temple Terrace. Brother Johnson was a member of the Perseverance 527 Masonic Chapter. His love for family and cars created a web of love in the community. His smile, his love and generosity will be truly be missed by us all.
Willie leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and devoted wife, Mayia K. Levins; his father, Willie Frank Johnson, Sr. (Katie); his children, Chasity (Quishon), Ambria Johnson, Willie Frank Johnson III, Brittany (Kelly), Ranisha (Armani), and Keyshawn (Savannah); three grandchildren, Meshon, Emari, and Avery; his four sisters, Tameka (Walter), Bridgette (Jason), LaTonya (Raymond) and Tiffany; three brothers, Eric (Kim), Jason (Rashima), and Chris (Guin); and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
The visitation will be held Friday, May 15 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue. We are asking family and friends to pay their respects and to follow the CDC guidelines
