Yvonne Ray

Mrs. Yvonne Ray of Tampa, Florida passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021.   A Graveside Celebration of life service will be held Saturday, April 3 at 2:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610 with Pastor Donald Lott, officiating.  Interment will follow. 

Mrs. Yvonne Ray was a native of Abbeville, South Carolina and a long- time resident of Tampa for more than 40 years.   She was educated in the public schools of Greenville, South Carolina.   Mrs. Ray was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church and spent her life being a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. 

She leaves to love and cherish her memories: her dedicated husband of 60 years, Clarence Ray; three loving children, Kevin Ray (Monica), Terry Ray, and Jeffrey Ray (Kendra), all of Tampa, FL; eight grandchildren, Mariah Ray, Quintin Ray, Camille Ray, Jeffrey Ray Jr., Terry Jacob Ray, Jalen Ray, Angelique Ray & Jamyla Ray; one great-grandson, Joshua Ray; and a host of family members and dear friends. 

The visitation will be held Thursday, April 1 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. Please follow CDC Guidelines.  Masks are required.
